A few months back there were rumours that Burger King were to start selling alcohol. Some were in favour and others were not – such is life. Well it seems that those in favour will be delighted with the news that Burger King have officially been allowed to apply for alcohol licenses in all of its restaurants although it can only sell bottles of beer. There also seem to be various rules and regulations applied to the fast food chain in that it can only sell said beer to be drunk on the premises and only between the hours of 11am and 8pm and that is if the local police force agree and allow it. BK Waterloo station is due to start selling its beer soon although Victoria and Paddington BK’s have been refused a license so it is a bit hit and miss at the moment.
